FM 969 east of Webberville.
||$10 per person to Troop 77.
|The troop has six canoes and gear
reserved for pick up Friday p.m. at Lost Pines Scout Reservation.
|Familiarization with canoes and river technique.|
|Work on canoeing merit badge and other advancement requirements.|
||Bring your own food. Use the Patrol / Buddy system
for meals. Since some of our Scouts need to complete Second and First
Class cooking requirements, patrols should give them the opportunity
to do so.
|Patrols are to arrange their own
transportation. Meet at Little Webberville Park on
FM 969. This is a Travis County Park on the west side of
Webberville. Watch carefully for small sign to park.
||From Lago Vista to Webberville: East on
FM 1431 through Cedar Park, south on Parmer Lane, south on Mopac,
south on US 183, east on FM 969 (MLK) to Little Webberville
Park. Estimated driving
time is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
